Earth Gems Wood Sculptures start with wood and burls collected from the woods of the Arkansas valley of Colorado. We are blessed in this valley with Aspen, Rocky Mountain Juniper, Bristle cone pine, Russian olive, and many other beautiful woods. These woods are naturally cured producing the different colors and textures that we only hope to enhance with our process. They're then masterfully sculpted into the fine, natural wooden creations we are proud to call Earth Gems.

Our wildwood kitchen utensils are created from the same fine woods we use for the rest of our wonderful works. They are each freeformed on the bandsaw, refined with rasping and sanding and oiled with mineral oil twice (food safe) |
